Lightning to 30-pin Adapter - Apple Store (U.S.) $29 just to keep that iHome you bought with your iPhone 4S working. lmao Oh, and a bigger screen? That just means you'll actually want to buy it and then will have to buy all new cases too. I can't believe people are still buying into their nonsense rebranding.
Had an android. Had to keep pulling the battery just to reset it because it would lock up. Never had that problem with my iPhone. Not gonna upgrade to 5 because I don't see the point. My phone still works beautifully. Apples just work. Never had one issue with my Mac, iPod, or iPhone.
Gimme a break - while Apple has changed it's power cords exactly TWICE in 10 years other Cell phone companies such as Samsung have changed them a whopping 18 times.
Yeah, but those are actual improvements considering they'd switch between universal connectors with varying speeds that you can buy for extremely cheap in any electronics store, the most recent being microUSB, whereas Apple is just milking people for money with seemingly no transfer speed improvement accompanied by a 775% increase in average sales price compared to the 30-pin, which makes it too expensive regardless of speed. Samsung's switches are a godsend compared to what Apple is pulling here. Also, if you read that link, all of those cables are only $40 combined. Compare that to Apple's ridiculous prices. Who was the phone made by?
Apple's also apparently using a TI authentication chip to eliminate any off-brand competition, which means there's absolutely no getting around the price they set, either buying from them, or in royalties that will indirectly increase the price of every electronic with iPhone connectivity. They're basically charging a one time $30 fee every time you want your device to connect to something, which is absolutely ridiculous.
God I hate these type of posts. OH I USED TO HAVE A x AND IT TOTALLY SUCKED, THEREFORE ALL ANDROID PLATFORM DEVICES MUST SUCK.

Seriously apple fanboys are some of the most ignorant people. You can explain that androids have better processers and better RAM but "apples better duuuhhh cuz everybody gets it herp derp derp"
It was an HTC Eris if I'm not mistaken. Yup first and last Android. Can't help I love my iPhone. Never had a phone worth a damn until now. Not even worth arguing about really. I like apple. Sorry I found something that works for me.
I'm not an apple hater by any means. If you like it and it works for you then that's awesome... what bothers me is when someone buys one android powered phone (out of like a thousand), has a problem with it, and then implies that all Android phones must be shit because he or she didn't like their particular model. It sends the wrong message to the average noobie in the market for a smartphone.
Just like all the android fanboys that bash apple and the iPhone? Half of them probably never had an iPhone and almost all of them have an iPod.
I have a Droid x2 now and had the iPhone 4 I hated the iPhone didn't work worth a Damn txts never show up my Droid freazes a lot but locking and unlocking fixes it is recomend the Droid over iPhone but honestly they both have lots of flaws they both suck
Apple makes a phone that applies to the masses. They work and do what they are suppose to. I don't know and really don't care what processor they have or all the specs associated with it. My porn loads up quick enough for me. Isn't that all that matters?

qft. But I do think that $29 for an adapter is just a mindfuck. But, it is what it is. If you have the money for it, and you want it, then whatever. That's their choice, and IDGAF what they do with their money. Because, it's not my money, so why should I??
