    What's with that soil? Way too wet and not nearly enough drainage.

    Yeah definitely need perlite in the soil roots need the oxygen or they will suffocate causing slow growth

    I'm actually surprised that the plant is that large for two weeks old, considering the oxygen deprived soil it's in.
