    I'm applying soon and am wondering if there is a drug screening process

    No clue. However if Catherine Zeta Jones was doing the interview I would gladly submit to a cavity search.

    Nope. But my dad worked at AT&T as a salesman and he said it was stressful.

    So just expect a bunch of pissed customers to walk in and then you're expected to treat the customer like royalty no matter how much of a bitch they are.
