Im just wondering how many people have tried this diffuser they added to the store. It looks nice, plus it has the bushing on it. I sent them a message and they said the bushing size will only be available for not. Wont be doing 14.5 or 18.8 until acouple of months from now.

  2. SSFG generally makes good stuff and it's pretty hard to screw up a downstem, so go for it.

  3. I have another question. If i bought this diffuser and an ac would i be ok drag wise? Since its a bushing diffy i would have to pick up a 14.5 ac. Or am i better just upping my diffy to a 18.8 size and buying a 18.8 ac?

  4. It would seem draggy to me but I'm really anal about drag. I rarely use my a/cs mainly for that reason (I own a ssfg inline and hops inline both 18.8).

If I were you, I'd just get that showerhead and then a nice 14mm luke wilson diffy slide. Unless you really want an a/c.

  5. Yeah, i have to get an ac. I like the extra filtration plus keeps my tube clean.
I hear hops is pretty high up there when it comes to thier inlines. How does the ssfg inline compare in your opinion?

  6. anyone try their showerhead yet?

  7. bump, that's what i want to know. anyone know how it compares to an alex k or sgw showerhead diffy?

  8. Alex K makes the better showerhead downstem.

    ALT.

hey dude i have tryed it, and love it. It felt smoother then my old 8 slit diffy. Over all it seemed like quality work. It has 12 slits. I also have the inline and enjoy it very much.

  11. I think they were comparing a circ ac to an inline ac seeing as there is no inline diffy...

there are inline diffusers, they're fixed stem inlines. BBG makes excellent examples.

SSFG also has showerhead ashcatchers listed right now.

  13. I have hit the Alex K showerhead on a WS tiny tube and it provided almost no drag, they are definitely made for beakers, i don't like how they hit in straights and i think most people would agree with me.

  14. actually OP was talkin about showerhead downstem i edited my post right after though..im jus high...

  15. LOL at bumping an old thread. I ended up buying the shower head diffy and inline from ssfg. Love them both. Showerhead does its job very well, just make sure you keep the water level low if your using ice. Alex K is supposed to have the best showerhead diffy. Havent tried it but for the price of mine, im happy with it.

  16. Seems like it would clog real easy if you don't use an ash catcher. But on the other hand, if you do use an ash catcher, seems solid. I actually would like one after seeing this.

  17. looks like the alex k would shit on it. just sayin.

  18. There is NO such thing as in inline diffy.

EDIT-That picture's a fixed circ anyway, and a shitty one at that. Tilt the tube to hit it yeah. Not sure why the pic was included...

  19. im thinking about buying the same thing for my Gong. so did you end up getting a 14 inline to fit the bushing showerhead? i want a showerhead but my only problem is the bushing size. they make a custom showerhead 18 but its twice as much and im not too concerned about it being worked.
