I am just curious as I do not wanna waste anymore dough on an MH since I have a 400HPS. Do you think this will work for sprouting-seedling-vegging stages? Also, how long should they be under these flouros... I am intending the save the HPS lumens for flowering... Thanks... Here's the pic:
YeaH, I am currently using one of those lights* There not actully 500 watts, They are 65 watt Compact Fluro's. They are great for vegatation* GooD LuCK*
It's a good veg light if you like very close nodes and also it should be aimed at a 45* degree angle to get rid of some of the heat
yeh i just recently have been noticing those lights popping up on eBay. Not that good for vegetative/flowering stages combined but would work great for just veg growth as they are not that hot and put out a decent amount of lumens for growth
