Anyone tried Bliss CBD 15:1 Tincture?

    Just bought this for a VERY steep $80. Has anyone tried it? Does it have psychoactive properties? I am very sensitive to paranoia. It says 282 mg CBD and 18 mg THC per serving, but what does that even mean??

    Wow 80$ i would've just bought the cbd bud and made that tincture on my own. Basically there might be pyscho activity, depending on tolerance, but i highly doubt its that noticeable. Best bet is to just try it out and let us know?
