Lets face it, most people like to go back and play their childhood games, just to bring back the times. I'm a 90's kid, so I was only 13 when spore came out. decided to play it again, and i dunno if its because its a pc game, or its an old game, or something else, but the game has such a weird feel. anyone know what i'm trying to say?
hahaha i'm playin that shit right now on my ps2. my favorite game of all time. played it daily when i was a kid, along with dragon seeds, nightmare creatures, tony hawk 1 and 2, frogger, tekken....good times! but for PC....fuckin uhhh putt putt saves the zoo. jump start 2nd-4th grade. 3D dinosaurs. Might and magic. decent. sim city 2000 other than that though the sega...penguinland, jurassic park, green dog, mortal kombat, sonic 2 and 3... does runescape count? lol ((oooold runescape))
I was actually thinking about playing System Shock 2 and Half-Life today but didn't get around to it... Oh well.
I dunno, man, but I feel like playing some Tycoon style games all of a sudden. Dinosaur Tycoon in particular.
I'm starting to get back into Unreal Tournament 2004 again, used to love playing it! I still play Super Mario World and Final Fantasy X once in awhile too.
damn OP makes me feel old as shit... I remember where I was playing spore anyway, oldest computer game for me would be Terranova... But I actually lost the disk so
Diablo 1 & 2. The old warcrafts. Age of empires. Then the old systems, i still have my Sega Genesis sitting around here somewhere.
Every few months I'll re-install my copy of "Giants: Citizen Kabuto" I was in love with that game when it first came out, the British style humor throughout still makes me laugh. The game mechanics for base building in mulitplayer games was great too, last time I played it a month ago there were still servers on Gamespy with a few people playing it.
Yes defiantly, prefer old click style RPG games. Like Sacred, Neverwinter Night 1/2. Baldurs gate, Morrowind. Also old RTS games are really good like Rise of Nations and Warhammer 40k
