Anyone know where to find these?

Anyone know where i can buy these? The piece with the smile where u put your lips in particular.

 

After much headache i traced the one down to a company on Facebook in oregon i think. They had a page on etsy but it says its gone. Ill have to call and see if the phone number works after work.

 

in an update to this i found the one and its 120$ so and i think the other one isn't made anymore so i won't be getting either.
