Anyone know whats going on?

    The blades are coming together?

    The plant is a auto CandyCane.
    She is in a 3gallon planter with coco 70% and perlite 30%.
    The lights are CFL. Watts 650 on the top. And she's got 350watts sunblaster full Spectrum shinning for the bottom.
