I have two new plants but one of the plants keeps having bubbled up dark green spots. I don't have a fan right on it, I thought it looked similar to wind damage.
its called plant edema. It is when the plant takes up too much water and cannot get rid of it through the leaves. Too much water or fertilizers can cause it. watch fertilizer use cut back on water OR make sure your soil mix drains well
