anyone know what kinda watt hps I'm gonna need

    what kinda watt hps will do for veg and do I need a less powerful watt hps for the flowering or do I use the same one???

    HIGH All, depends on your grow room...400w to 1000w and yes I'd use the same one.

    Yeah, it all depends on the size of the grow room.

    I use a 400W Metal Halide in a 4'x3' closet for veg. But the plants grow much bigger in flowering, so I use a 1000W High Pressure Sodium for flowering in a full bedroom.

    I have only started growing this year had a few under regular light bulbs they did'nt turn out that great. Tried a few outdoors
    2 out of the five females died.
    I only have 2 females left + a few younger ones so am gonna start again under hps but in soil
