Hey everyone, As the title mentions, I am wondering if any1 is aware about NYS stance on legalization and if there have been any movements to at least make medical marijuana legal Any information would be helpful
In the past there were bills to decriminalize and make it legal for medical purposes. It is not available for Medical but it is decriminalized to an extent. http://norml.org/index.cfm?wtm_view=&Group_ID=4554 Here in new york it is stricter than other states that have it decriminalized. SO DO NOT GET CAUGHT! Hah
yeah in rochester major crackdown, but one of my friends got caught driving with an oz and no license and they took the bag and let him go so its depending on the cop
I can't make any comments on NY's stance, but I can tell you that if NJ passes our MMJ bill, NY and PA will probably be influenced to do the same.
