I'm majoring in Graphic Design, but haven't had any photoshop classes yet. But I know the basics. But does anyone know a tut or what this is called? Or how to get this effect on pictures? I know its black/white, but the tears taper off and has a grainy feel.
Aside from getting textures packs for photoshop and applying them yourself to images, you can get a plug-in for photoshop called Alienskin. It has tons and tons of film effects including grain, scratches, etc...
