Hey guys, So i just picked up a Le Jeune Special Tour de France road bike at a yard sale for 10 bucks. I don't know anything about this brand but i figured for ten bucks I might as well get it. Does anyone know if this is a good bike? Here is a picture: It definitely need some work, new tires, new front brakes, and theres a decent amount of rust on the body/ wheels, and also some on the gear but not very much. Anybody have any tips on how to best deal with the rust? I've never restored a bike before so any help is appreciated. I'm probably going to take it to this local place that helps people build bikes in exchange for a few hours of community service, but until then I could use some tips, and also would like to know what kind of quality bike this was when it was brand new.
