hahaha I don't have any idea what that would be for, aside from visual purposes. that tube coming out of the downstem would usually be an inline perc, but instead it has only one exit so it's not a percolator. it's just to aim the bubbles at the wheel to spin it. everything above that just looks like a splashguard. it might be some kind of secondary perc if the water makes it all the way up there, but otherwise it's probably just a splashguard. it all looks cool though.
Yea thats what i was thinking just wanted a second opinion maybe it was something i didnt kno about but yea i had an inline before but yea this just has two tube in the direction of the wheels to make them spin. It rips wit dabs tho and and the smoke is smooth all in all it was free so i cant knock it. Thanks for ur input
