I just finished my Baking and Pastry course in school and I fell in love with the Bread portion! Fantastic. Who here has heard of the Jewish bread Challah! It's so fun to make and is super good. bread and butter or my favorite; Challah French Toast OR Challah Bread Pudding. Made the bread pudding for thanksgiving this year and it was absolutely amazing. What are your thoughts/favorite breads?
I think anything that is fresh from the oven and not sourdough-like is amazingggg. Bagels specially. I like peeling the skin off of em teehee
Bread junkie here, French, Italian, Rye, Sourdough..,I love them all. We buy ours at a bakery. My wife has to hide it from me if she wants it to last until dinner time . I've eaten a whole loaf of French with a little butter or cheese by myself many times.
French bread is so fun to make! If you haven't made it from scratch yet, it's super simple and really fun!! And yeah, I've been there with the bread/butter and/or cheese! Simply delicious.
banana bread & blueberry muffins. haha. Parathas are a good treat. Sourdough & rye. I've had challah a couple times back in the day. lived in a jewish neighborhood. i'd enjoy going to different bakeries & trying different stuff though. i think i might have to do that now. haha
I love waking up early enough to go to my local bakery and get an uncut loaf of Potato Bread or French Bread. Tastes so good right out of the oven.
I live by a small bread factory and it smells soooo good on my way to school at 5 in the morning : ) nothin beats that smell and feel of fresh bread!
Sour dough and tiger bread mhhhmm also subway make some nice breads too honey oat and italian herb and cheese, for dessert banana bread is the bomb
Mmmm. My bakery makes their own italian herb and cheese bread. So delicious! Also, for a desert/snack like bread, Zucchini is my favorite!
