I'm very interested in doing this for my future but do the jobs you get doing computer repair or networking do they commonly drug test? Since your just working with computers I couldn't see it being very needed for them. Any info is helpful.
Yes. Considering like 75% of computer work is for government or corporations, drug tests are common. If you want to get into the real money, get at least one OS and one networking certification under your belt and head into an IT outsourcing company. I've worked nearly two years in the industry for local government and small businesses.
