Anyone here work at The Vault Seeds?

    I ordered 10 seed and got 1 free seed. 2 seeds germinated. I am really unhappy at this time. Id like to say that The Vault was great shipping my item and responding to my emails, but I was really hoping for something better than a 18% germination rate.....

    Will they ship me some new seeds?

    Contact customer support to see if you can get something worked out. What was your method of germination?

    My method was damp paper towel....

    Did you drop into a cup first? A lot of the time a wet paper towel will dry out very quickly killing the seed

    No, but i did make sure the paper towel stayed wet.

    Next time try placing the seed into a cup of water next time until it cracks open. After the seed has soaked for 24 hours in the cup push the seed down to the bottom and it should stay down. After 3 days take the seed out and plant in the soil.

    It has nothing to do with the retailer. Contact the breeder.

    Your germination method is fine
