How do you deal with it Other then smoking, which is the best way but yea im curious as to what other people do I go for a walk and if it's night time I go for a walk and I smoke a joint, blunt etc how about you guys

whenever I'm about to get angry, I stop and think, will what I'm getting angry about matter in 10 seconds, usually it never will.
I don't have anger problems. When I'm feeling a bit angry, I often ask myself what good its doing me. The answer is rarely a positive one. It's usually useless to be angry, you're not getting anything from it and it's just getting in your way. I feel almost victimized by whatever it is that made me angry, and that somehow I am giving that cause something it doesn't deserve. But, I've always been a person that is more in my mind than in my heart. Maybe it's not so easy for others.
