Anyone Grown kalashnikova strain?

Discussion in 'Harvesting and Processing Marijuana' started by HeadySpaghetti, Sep 25, 2011.

  1. Seems like quite the late bloomer, but smells INSANELY FRUITY AND SWEET. The smell is like no other, its incredible, and i would want to just eat it how just juicy and fruit and sweet it smells. Definitely sativa or mostly sativa, but sweet jesus... that smell...

    Anyone grown this strain?

    Ak 47 x White Widow.

  4. Ya dude I actually just harvested a couple indoors and a huge 6 footer out,
The smoke and smell is very nice and the taste not so pungent but smooth,
I type as I am currently enjoying the cured product now,
I would cure a couple to few weeks before enjoying as that's when its at it's mid peak performance,
I had some from last year that was sitting in a jar for at least 4-5 months and it was superb,
Btw indoor I got just over an oz per under 400 watt hps but outdoors a whopping 6oz's per,
Smoke smell and taste are fruity piney, 7.5/10 for me

Wanna know a great keeper strain that I've been growin for a while and it's fckin awesome, og 18 is a sweet skunky chemdawg tasting cross of og kush and skunk #1, 10/10 for me and I'm very picky.

    Good chattin

  5. do you grow outdoors? I had the kalas.. and it was very poor outcome, I mean it was great that it finished and I got what I got, but compared to its neighbor plant it was not that great :/

It was very leafy, stemy, not BUDS at all. I think there was about 2oz+ about that, but it was all like leafy and not buds and I let it out there for 3 weeks or 4 weeks longer than grapefruit krush/kush and that got 8oz or 9 ... so i dont think its an outdoor plant at all, i wont be getting that again.

But i do have to say it SMELLS AMAZING! SO fruity, SO JUICY, The best smelly buds probably EVER in terms of juicy, fruity, just amazing. i love the smell i just open the jar to smell it and im like oooo sweet jessu thats gooood..

  6. Yeah I have my outdoor kalash up drying right now, all except for one branch that I am gonna let go to see if it will get any weight to it, but I know what you are saying, its like it doesnt have buds, only leafy things with little calyxes thrown in here and there, I let mine go flowering 9 weeks until a storm split the stalk and I had to harvest it, but I left one side branch on her still gaining trichomes, but not swelling at all, and alot of the pistils have retreated back into the calyxes so I know it has to be ripe, this strain sucks outdoors, plus mine wasnt getting enough light i think which might have made the "buds" so stringy and light. Definitely not growing this strain again, I have a pineapple express, confidential cheese, and an amnesia seed that I am gonna pop next year.

  7. You should definitely try Grapegruit krush if your looking for a VERY BUDDY SWELLY strain. Extreme buds, BUSHY AS FUCK, massive yield.

I had loose, leafy buds from my Kalishnikova, too. I thought it had hermed and shut down flower production, but no, just ugly buds. Negative bag appeal. Arjan's asking for a dickpunch with this crap.

  9. I have a Pineapple Express, Sage, Confidential Cheese, Sour Cream, Hashplant Haze, Burmese Kush, Original Amnesia, and Connie Chung seeds and I am trying to decide on which three or four to try to grow next year. But I have seen some other peoples Kalashnikova plants look great like and AK-47 plant or something, I think its all about the sunshine with her, she needs a ton of it to make fat hard buds, but dont know why so leafy, watch the Greenhouse Seeds Kalashnikova grow video on youtube, it looks nothing like what i grew.

  10. You can see the Sage and Hashplant Haze in my gallery. Here's my Hashplant Haze report: http://forum.grasscity.com/smoke-reports/896985-dna-hashplant-haze.html . Sage was great, too. Very sturdy, took nutes like a champ, grew to about 4 feet. Very few leaves, it was a breeze to trim. Strong, too.

  11. i know , in the video it is more sativa and my girls look 100 percent indica,
i am inside underlamps though ;).

  12. I grow a dinafem strain that's AK47 white widow crossed. It's white Siberian it has the smell you talk about but it usually takes 8 1/2 weeks max

Damn, I grew their Great White Shark and their Strawberry Haze, they both were mutant plants that basically didn't bud hardly at all and the leaf formation was all wacky too, like one single blade to a leaf on some. Strangeness going on with that shit. They were grown from seed, but they grew like a clone that had been taken after the flower phase had started and forced to Re-Veg... I got a 5 pack of the Kalashnikova beans just sitting around, I hope they are worth a damn. If I see any signs of retardation I'm just gonna chop em and get them out of the way.I have also read and saw a few pictures of Kalashnikova that the buds were big and healthy but barely had any frost on them what so ever and quite a few had herm bananas on the buds. I can say this though, I grew the greenhouse's Bubba Kush, Kings Kush, Super Lemon Haze and their AMS. The Bubba Kush was the best with a great smell and nice frosty dense fat buds. The AMS had dense buds with the most frost out of all the other strains I mentioned, with nice orange hairs on the buds, buy tasted like shit and the high was kinda crappy also. Kings Kush was just as they described it, but the buds were not that big, but they were dense and frosty. Super Lemon Haze had frosty lemony buds, but they were small also. It's a gamble with the greenhouse, you never know from one bean / strain to the next.

I've just chopped one third of an AUTO kalashnikova, indica pheno, rock hard buds ;),Still got 3 more AUTO Kalashnikova's growing now, ones a sativa pheno and the other two are just short and fat . Pictures on my grow journal. This is by far the biggest, hardest bud producer I've ever had ;)Miđdy

  15. Nice buds on those, Midlife. Nice and frosty too, kinda reminds me of some White Rhino buds I created a few years ago. Frosted baseball bat tops!

  16. So far the best overall plant i have grown is, G-13 Labs Pineapple Express, but the strongest I have grown has been TH Seeds Burmese Kush!! That shit was one toke from a pipe and your head felt like it grew 5 sizes, no shit.  The Pineapple express was a great producer, didnt really have a main cola bud, it was like 8"long, but it had FAT softball buds all over it and it was mature around the 1st to the 15th of October.  The strength was way up there too, 20% or close to it THC level, id say that Burmese Kush was 25% in some buds!!  PE was very bug resistant, mold resistant, and had foot long 9 leaf leaves on her, HUGE!
