Anyone ever used 64 watt Flour-ex bulb?

I was getting some supplies i needed at the local hardware store today when i noticed some 64 watt cfl bulbs that were called flourex's

they were 6500k or somethin like that.

Just wonderin if anyone used them before i have a few questions.

do they burn hot?

and do they require special light sockets?

I was just wondering because id like to add some light to my initial setup soon.
