If you think about it we're just a consciousness arising from millions of nerves communicating with eachother. We're trapped in this body and we will never escape. What happens when we die? Who knows. Technically it would be like switching off a lightbulb or computer. It's crazy to know that you will never be someone or something else and that you are trapped in this particular period of time. You control your body simply by willing it so.
