Google is yo friend. After googling i found out that yes it is real. BUT you have to pay for every single time you bid. So every bid actually costs you 61cents. Meaning that if you bid a fuckload of times you end up fucked. GEt it?
the only time to bid is at the end of an auction. they're making money off idiots who like to run up the price on auctions.
