Anybody know foods I can soley survive off of

    Although it is probably the most nutritionally dense "common food" out there.. When it comes to the most nutritiously dense foods, avocado doesn't stand that much of a chance compared to Superfoods like M.P, spirulina/chlorella, chia/hemp/flax seeds, quinoa, kelp, watercress ect... Dates are also very healthy and can probably live off them for a while alone.
     
  3. Rice/potatoes and meat that is on sale. Just freeze what you don't want to use in marinade eating for the low

    Tell that to this guy who's figured out the ancient secret of nutrition and optimal health/longevity and muscle/strength.

    Does not consume any animal products or meat. Consumes 1 Meal a day up-to 1500 nutritionally dense calories. Fasts 23hours and 1 hour is for eating after resistance training.
    Holds multiple strength records like 305kg dead-lift while he weighs 82-90kg average.

    Yes science 1500 calories.. Eat the correct stuff and you don't need what they tell us.
