hey this didnt happen to me but a close relative who relys on her computa to work...she clicked on a furniture site she says then the anti virus program poped saying would you want to block she said yes and the computer blacked out. Now when we start it it goes on to loading page oin windows and never goes further. Like no possibility of logging in. THIs is the only section of the forum i found...so if anybody knows smothing that might help please share cuz this is really not cool
Start in safemode by accessing the bios via Fkey's during loadup. Then download Malwarebytes, IOMalware, and Hijackthis. Run them in safemode after re-boot and you should be good.
