Desire is one of nature's best creations. I can identify with the concept but for me, time has solved that little problem. It's a relief to not get continually distracted by desire but I do appreciate the feeling when I eventually feel it. I have a sparrow nest box on my porch and enjoy watching them mate. The female starts fluttering her tail and wing feathers then he jumps on for a couple of seconds. They repeat that maybe ten times then give it a short break before going at it again.
