Anybody been charged with simple possesion in a Decriminalized state?

    Couple months ago when i was 17, i got charged with Simple possesion. Basically we was hotboxing and decided to put the blunt out, and what do you know 10 seconds later they cops pulled up. Me and 4 other my friends got searched, they searched the car and found the clip. I would say it was only about a .4 left of the blunt and the cop gave me a citation cause it was on my side. What happned to you, or what will happen? My lawyer talking about getting it removed from my record, but i have to take a drug class and all that bs. She also said community service.

    I have twice. It's a non criminal offense here so I don't have anything on my record. Just paid the fines and went on my way. First fine was like 370. Second fine was only 100
