i was wondering if anyone in their adult/childhood life has been busted for possession of marijuana in texas? if so how much did you have and what was the consequence. i already look on NORML to see what they had to say, but i think there are other options than just probation. i heard today i could lose my liscense for 6 months to a year. that would suck. well anyways i got caught with about 5 grams of blueberry yum yum (i could have made $125 off that shiz but nope it got snatched) and was wondering if anyone had a more detailed list of punishments i might recieve. any info will help. thanks. peace.
Getting caught in Texas with MJ is hell... First there's the court fees, lawyers costs to keep you out of jail, various fines, etc... Basically it could cost you thousands, even for a little amount. Texas isn't too friendly towards people who get caught with weed... My advice... move to California the first chance you get. -Antwan L.
