I think it’s the best way to smoke, I have tried it at friends house. I always roll joints with cigarette and paper. For more then 20 years now. And I smoke a lot. I am going to get a smoking device too. Thanks man.
Hey there @Pistils and all the woodworkers here. I made about 50 various fretwork style wooden Christmas ornaments for the girlfriend last fall. Here are a few. I owned and ran a custom cabinet shop for around 10 year. I focused on traditional joinery using solid wood construction. I've posted in various threads here over the years.
Framing out a greenhouse I build last year. This is my current shop. I lost all my commercial machinery in a flood we had around 10 years back. These are all home owner grade machines now. But, I can still have some fun with them.
Here are a few of the custom cabinets I made. A guitar stand. I made this router table as my ex-wife got the one from my cabinet shop.
If anyone is interested in Chain saw milling lumber I've been milling with this small mill for over 20 years. I've milled thousands of board feet of lumber with this little mill. Most of my domestic hardwoods were harvested with this mill and dried in my solar kiln. I cut this small walnut log to show a fellow GC woodworker that was interested in the milling process. I normally wouldn't mill something this small.
I also do a bit of turning. Here are a few pens I've turned one is Celtic rings the other is a brickwork pattern.
Intarsia Dragonfly and Pelican. I wanted to try wood burning also, this is black walnut. It is the serenity prayer. I also wanted a challenge, so did this Mountain lion in Padauk. I'd never suggest using 3/4" Padauk to scroll saw and image like this. It is a dense wood that dulls blades quickly due to the silica content of the wood.
Black walnut is my favorite wood without a doubt. That price tag tho.. Did you have to drill a hole and slip the scroll saw blade through it at every hole in that? It's a pain in the ass and I could never push myself to start a project like that.
Where I live we have lots of Black Walnut. Yes, every hole. I have a special drill chuck that gets chucked into my drill press chuck that excepts tiny drills. Many entries are less than .025" holes. Some larger pieces have 300 or more blade changes.
Here is one of three bowls I made when a Log grader I knew came to my shop with a pick up truck full of burls. This bowl is 13.5" across and 5" deep.
This is what I'm working on tonight. This is the inside of a 1965 Gibson ADJ-45 guitar. I needed to make this clamping block to avoid damaging the sound board bracing and the nuts on the adjustable saddle. The bridge is loose and I'm repairing it.
