Any way to tell what strain Im growing?

    Is there any way to tell what strain I'm growing during any time of development? I got a bunch of seeds from some schwag and have been wondering what the bud I smoked and am growing is *supposed* to be lol

    There isn't anyway, Maybe if you ask the plug it came from? Or if the strain tastes similar to something u tried before. You can post pictures and we can take our best GUESS thats about it man. Probably wont work but we can try Take it eazy op

    If you don't know what it came from, you will never ID a cultivar selection by a picture or by looking at the plant. The only thing you can determine now is if it is a sativa or indica plant. The sativa leaning plants have thin fan leaves and indica plants will have wide fans. There are thousands of different cultivars of MJ plants. Anyone who thinks they can tell one cultivar from the next by pictures or looking at the plant are clueless. Enjoy your grow regardless what the plant is, grow a healthy plant to harvest and don't worry what name is given to the plant, if grown properly you will be pleased with your efforts.

    I doubt you'll find out which strain it is but I hope the genetics are good and you have a good grow.
