  1. Any one out there in GC land a university or college student? share your toking stories, grip about profs, TAs, how poor you are, or courses. Whats your major ect ect. Or just talk about school stuff.

I go to York University, North York/Toronto. Ontario Canada.

Im a History major and Anthropology minor, 3rd year. plan to get my masters and PhD one day and teach university. its hard to find a quiet place to spark a j on campus when you have 50 000 plus students, and 20-30 000 some odd other people milling around campus.

  2. I'm currently a history major going for a minor in psychology and perhaps one in spanish as well.

At this point I'm considering going to school for either Elementary teaching/special ed teaching or elementary bi-lingual education :p

  3. Hey oh, UWO student here...so I'm quite close to you torontobudlover. I use my dugout on campus all the time but I just don't care much and its not that heat because I'm not stupid with it like blowing the smoke in a profs face. I'm an engineer here. :hello:

Look into dugouts, they really work well...especially on campus. Its actually the only time I ever really use it.

  4. Went to Umass one year. Hopin to transfer to Umaine spring semester for Wildlife biology.

Thats cool you went to York. I did a bird banding study in Costa Rica with two students from there.

  5. Thats cool dude, ive always liked biology and zoology. UWO is a kick ass party school so im told. Do they still call it The Zoo?

My gf got so drunk down there with her girlfriends, she got a tattoo on her ass. We went down to visit them, and the bars were packed by like 10, it was insane, everyone in london is either a student, or old.

Edit: Yea York is known for really good international studies and studying abroad programs. I know a girl that went to Australia to get her teaching degree through York.

  8. There will be quite a few college tokers here, amigo!

I currently go to Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs for an Associates Degree in Photography and plan on signing my life away to a University after I graduate. For what, I don't know yet; I've been considering medical school but that kind of debt I am not looking forward to.

  9. Penn State University main campus here. There's a couple of us blue and whiters on the boards. My major is Supply Chain Management (business) with a minor in botany and bong engineering :D:smoking:

  10. University Minnesota Duluth, pre-med chemical engineering, and Clayton College of Natural Health, independent study holistic med. After that I'm off to med school, probably at the main U, I'd also like to study at Wesleyan, molecular biology. I'll just have to see where life takes me.

  11. Hey cool I'm planning on applying to York for Summer 08. Gonna major in physics :hello:

  12. MSU year 2

Spartans what is our professionnnnnnnnnnn! hoot hoot hoot

  13. I also went to Sheridan College in Brampton for general arts and science, 2 years before going to York. Its a pretty good school, be prepared to get ribbed by other people about York students being U of T rejects :S

york has so many people its easy to get lost in the crowd. I work on both campuses, any other York students have probably seen me around without even knowing it. We have like 4 Tim Horton's on campus (like most students i neeeeeds ma caffeine!) , and our own mall. Gl with applying, though overall York is a really good school. My advice is get involved with something, anything we have like over 200 student associations and clubs. I wanna get blazed and join the Fencing or Kendo club.

Any other Canadian Students out there? THere has to be some stoners on GC that go to UBC, McGill. U of T, Queens?

  14. Wesleyan here in CT?

  15. I'm currently enrolled in the Watson School of Engineering at Binghamton University (in Binghamton, NY), and I plan on majoring in Bioengineering. The engineering program isn't too easy though, especially because my worst teachers happen to be teaching the hardest subjects. I heard the average GPA in the engineering school is a 2.2, but I'm hoping to pull at least a 3.0 this semester.

My school is full of smokers though, so I never have a hard time finding bud or a place to smoke, despite the fact that I'm dorming in the most cop-watched building on campus. Actually, a couple of my buddies got caught smoking, and they had to do all this community service bullshit and make a weed presentation, but I don't plan on being caught, especially if I live off-campus next year. I'll be smoking my face off then, and I plan on starting a small personal grow-it'll be the first time I try growing weed, so I hope it works out. :D

  16. I'm just about done with my first semester at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. I'm a Human Biology major which basically means pre-med. After my 4 years here I'm headed down to either Madison or Milwaukee to go for my MD. And I'm considering going military after I snag my MD, I'd go in as an officer, put in 20 years, and have incredible benifits and pension on top of a regular MD job at a hospital. Don't get me wrong, benefits and pension aren't the only reason I'm considering it. My dad and grandpa are retired air force and my mom is currently a 1LT in the air force. I love the military lifestyle.

But I'm with Durchii, paying off the school loans will be a bitch and a half.

  17. Awesome man! Im planning on majoring in physics here at CSU!:hello:

  18. im a freshman at a local community college. im 3 classes per semester and have a part-time job. overall my classes aren't too too hard, but i gotta keep a B average or better to keep my Georgia Hope Grant thing
