I'm a high jumper and I have a bit of a problem, my pr is 5'6" I know I can get higher it's just when I jump I'm over by a couple inches but When I kick my legs my butt comes down on it knocking it over. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?
Arch your back more, it should help if you try to fall onto your upper shoulders on the mat. If you can get your back and ass over the bar, then kick your legs as your going down so they clear the bar.
