Going to be using a 5 bucket 5 gallon rdwc site and was wondering what other people were using for an AIR pump and a WATER pump that had good consistent results? Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

You will see good growth. Down side to these pumps is there is a little noise to them. and the pump itself gets hot.
it seems from my experience , the largest flow pump you can deal with , as in noise and heat, is the one you want i have as 160lt reservoir and run 320-LPH , just a large standard fish tank aerator. im looking at getting 120-LPM pump to see if it makes any difference
5x 5 US gallons is about 94 litres so I would recommend an air pump of about 47 litres per minute. But if you don't fill the reservoirs right up you could get away with a little less. I like hailea pumps, I have several and haven't had problems
You will see a huge difference. That 5 litre per minute pump is not going to be enough for that large 160 litre reservoir
