The Distillers And The Ramones are the only punk type bands i like. And no bands of modern day calling them selves punks, are.
I listen to older punk like The Ramones a lot more than newer punk, but i do consider a FEW newer bands to be punks, like the casualties, and the exploited (the exploited arent that popular around here, but i like em and consider them "punk"). I hate the bands that call themselves punk when they sing in girly sounding voices, the only one i know the name of is Rise Against (not sure if they call themselfes punk, but someone i know calls them that) P.S. Chicks that sing punk the right way are sexy, don't want ^^^ to sound sexist

Damn Rasta_Man, she's hot as hell. I have some friends that are punks, but I've never really been into any of that shit. I'm more into the older shit... floyd, doors, stones, beatles, etc.
Im kinda a cross breed now that i think about it. I listen to punk, and know and fit in with most the punks at my school, but then the same thing goes with all the hippies there too... Im a hunk LOL (hippie+punk)
