Well the videos are 100+change i think. I'm not really sure, the way I got started out is that my mom had the videos and bet me I couldn't do it. All you need are the videos, a yoga mat (unless you have good carpet), and free weights and/or elastic bands. The bands work just as well as the weights for 99% of the exercises, and they are alot cheaper and portable. If you want EVERYTHING, then you can get some yoga blocks, the vitamins, the after-workout drink thing, a heartbeat monitor, etc. Oh and you could download the videos via torrent, there is a file out there that has all the dvds+literature. The thing is you'd have to be a pirate to do that and keep the authorities at bay.
Follow the diet man. The results you would have seen if you followed a diet would have been 10x fold. Looking good tho brother. Keep it up. As for me never tried it. I pay to go to a gym so i just go there. I hear great things about it and by seeing your results it obviously works. Get ur diet on track tho. It's 75% is gaining or losing weight.
