I seen this form of training where the plant is bowed and tied around the top of the pot... has anyone on here done this?? If so any words of wisdom on it?? I thought I would give it a go on my next run through and here is a pic of what I've so far... pic is a week or so old
the method you are referring to simply tying down which is a form of LST it works well to create new growth, but you don't have a picture uploaded !
