I have a rubbermaid mother/clone box, and need some type of reflective material inside. I was hoping to buy something locally, and mylar pretty much isnt an option anywhere, and I keep hearing reflectix and aluminum tape arent that good and cause hot spots. So does some place like lowes/home depot/wally world sell this black and white poly? if so, what section of the store?
buy some white flat spray paint "made for plastic" and spray it white. Krylon makes one. there are several other brands as well. plenty of reflection and no hot spots. cheap and available at h depot, walmart, lowes etc. easier to work with too! linedrivr
I ended up getting some krylon paint and painting but it still glows pretty bad lol. I have an extra tub I might just cut the same vent holes in it and double stack it.
