Based on that table I'm guessing phosphorous deficiency but I don't really know how it could be that. I'm not sure if it's a deficiency as much as it might be a plague or disease.
I had the same problem and it was an iron and phosphorus deficiency. You need to add bloom nutes. I had red stems as well. A lot of that went away tho. I could show you a before and after picture right after I added FF trio every other feeding then she started to Bloom! Good Luck with your Grow The third picture is from nitrogen toxicity. Which I flushed. But then I had the iron and phosphorus deficiency. After adding the bloom nutes this is what she looks like now she's on the right.
