I agree. Something in the genus Cannabis would be my guess as well.

 

Theres really no way of telling what exact strain it is other then if its an Indica dominent strain or a Sativa strain. The only thing we can tell is that its a Indica dominent strain meaing it has more Indica in it then Sative and the way to tell is that an Indica dominent plant will have wide leaves while a Sativa dominent plant will have narrow leaves.
