What is your opinion is this an ok card to play games like apex legend or call of duty . Yeah, that'll rock. I have an i7 3070 laptop and can play anything at 1080. Your specs are all better plus it's a desktop so you should definitely be good to go. As for cards check some websites for comparison. lag time may well be a hard drive thing throw in a SSD. ..IMO call of duty came out in 2003, my phone could play it ...lol cheers
Were for sure talking a different version of call of duty . . I did play them all. More on apex then any other game . If anybody plays apex let me know can team up head phones
GPU is OK. You don't need I9 and 1000watts for the games you listed. Better spend some cash on weed))). 750 watts maximum, and 12400 or 13400 should fit you well. you can use this site to choose from pcpartpicker

it should be better... to squeese maximum of it with resizable bar you should choose AMD platform now. AM4 550 and 5800x3d or 5600x3d has the best FPS for buck.
Half my parts are here. Just waiting for the rest to arrive in the mail. My goal is to bitch s lap this xbox one. I always hated it. The lag i know is costing me kills . I will run it just over 1080 p so i can dish out even more fps out of it .
actually got it all together today. I have to say man im getting old ! I ended up calling over a friend and he snapped all the hardware in for me. Its all hooked up. I did not get a change to use it quite yet. I have a few games downloading first. I have it attached to a 75 inch 4k tv . From what i seen so far . It looks DAMN GOOD.
You can throw away your 1080 monitor, or give it to the poor... you won't go back to it))) I'm glad I got a 1440 monitor. Because I haven't earned enough money for a 4k video card yet.
Updated . WOW. it kicks ass. The color or the games is enhanced serious difference from a xbox one day and night . . The sharpness is much better. Smoot fast game play serious upgrade from the xbox one . If your thinking of going pc do it . If your a serious gamer its well worth the upgrade. I actually just dropped the ball on this card . Once it arrives ill send the 12gb card back return it .
