Hey I just ordered a bong and a pipe off the grasscity shop and I'm wondering if any past customers have has a similar problem with their order, and if they can give me some information. So about 7 Business days ago I placed this order and my order status has not changed from pre-shipping. So is it normal that it takes this long or could there be a problem. Also the bong i order become out of stock the day after the purchase, maybe that could be the problem. I did submit a request ticket a few days ago that hasn't been answered yet so I thought some one on these forums could help me out in the meantime.
wow whats going on, its almost 2 weeks since my purchase and a week since my ticket. one still says pre-shipping status and my ticket still hasn't been answered... i just spent 80$ i want my glass & some good service
