im looking for some in texas i can go to. never been before and would like to find people i can join during my first drug/concert experience.
look for festivals with camping and you should be good. it's a little late to be planning out festival season though.
ACL Music Festival ~ Oct. 8-10, 2010 ~ Zilker Park, Austin, Texas Honestly never been to a festival in Texas, but if Phish is playing then it's gotta be somewhat drug-friendly...even if it isn't they can't keep a lid on that shit anyway.
Austin Reggae Fest (formerly Marleyfest) is held around 4/20 each year. People bring tents and massive bongs to toke in and the cops just look the other way the entire day.
Any is technically 'drug-safe'. The vendors obviously have to check for drugs but once in no one gives a shit. You can sneak anything past these guys
ACL is definitely your best bet, but nothing is going to be a free-for-all if that's what you are looking for. Remember, it IS Texas.
