Any DotA Palyers?

I'm a pretty big fan of DotA, and I'm sick of the amount of leavers that ruin games. So, my roommate and I are starting are safelist league similar to TDA. At first, we're only inviting people that we have played with multiple times in public games, and various people that play that come from forums we browse. At first, games will be pretty uncommon, but we're hoping that after a few weeks, we'll have enough safe people to play with that we can get good games going pretty frequently.
