I had two ASUS laptops come loaded with corrupted versions of windows. The hardware in the laptops and the deals I got on them were good enough to allow me to overlook the issues but I bought(from my university) a few copies of windows 7 and 8 to cover myself in case of any issues. I too made the switch from Xbox to PC over a year ago and couldn't be happier. Sure its not a nicely built desktop PC but my laptop gives me the ability to kill time on campus in the library between buses and give me the mobility I need. As this laptop becomes obsolete ill be putting the money into a great desktop
Yea, I had the laptop because I spent most of the time deployed on a ship. But now that Im out my focus will be towards a PC.
