Any college students home for the holidays have a problems with getting trees?

    I know this post won't help my problem in any way but I've just been so frustrated I wanted to vent it out somewhere.

    I recently came back to Long Island, NY for the holidays, on vacation from school. Usually I have no trouble acquiring the dankest of dank at school. Just really good shit all the time. I've been home for 3 weeks and haven't been able to find a connect YET and don't go back until the end of this month. It's driving me crazy being stuck in the house all day in boring Long Island with nothing good to smoke. Especially when I know Long Island has good shit all around. Guess it's cause I've never really picked up anything from any where but college. I know it's all about word of mouth and talking to friends, etc. but I just wanted to know if any other students home from the holidays were going through the same thing. :mad::confused:

    my only local dealer recently sold me all of his pot and i smoked it all by new years day... now im dry as fuck i even scraped resin bowls today lol

    OP,

    I'm in the same situation, NYC metro area.

    I don't think it's a drought, but it is just more difficult to get hooked up in the 'burbs when compared to school.

    I take being home for the holidays as the best opportunity for a tbreak, that's really the only time I take them. If I were to smoke, I'm sure I could find some chron. Do you not know anyone that still lives in your hometown or anyone in high school, those are your best bets.

    go to your old high school and visit teachers. Then say hi to some underclassmen and ask em where the local dankery is!!:hello:

    The college I attend is right in town. So i'm home already for the holidays. Sorry you had so many probs guys. I live with my brothers and we don't really have any ties with our parents, which means we don't really have a family besides us, so we decided to stick it close. Plus if I ever left this town then I would be lost trying to get anything. I cant imagine that.

    Seeing as how your stuck in your house all day, maybe try leaving your house? Unless your mom is just going to burst in and offer you some chronic. Go to a pub or a bar and have a few and talk to some dudes, if they don't have any at the very least you have had a good night to take your mind of smoking.

    getting weed is never a problem, all you have to do is ask around.

    problem is, knowing where it came from and if it's been tampered with etc..

    Yeah you do, nobody laces their weed dude, especially without telling who's buying. A dealer has no incentive to throw in extra drugs at no charge to you.

    We threw a New Years party at my house, and a bunch of college kids from the neighborhood came over and partied with us since they saw it/heard it. It was kind of sketch at first because no one in the house knew them and they just walked in with beer, but they all were awesome. Ended up smoking with all of them and I threw a few gs to the cooler ones that asked since I know finding weed sucks sometimes.

    Just be on the lookout for parties ;)

    okay Grasscity must have made me really lucky lol. i got a hookup 10 minutes away from me at Source Mall in LI from the most unexpected friend in the city. i'm high as a kight. :cool::smoking:

    I had the same problem when i came home for thanksgiving break bcus im not familiar with the area my parents live in now..so for xmas break i just brought some trees from school and vaped and tried to make it last. Good Luck on finding trees :smoke:
