Any card holders from michigan?

    I'm from Michigan and i really want to get a card but i have no idea if i qualify i can't find a list of all the symptoms just like cancer,or crohn's. I suffer from insomnia,asthma, and depression. Do any of these qualify me for the card. I manly want it for depression because i feel that it really works for me and I'm scared to take most of the pills out there, I mean may cause increase in Suicidal thoughts? WTF? I'm already depressed why would i want to deal with that bullshit.

    and without going into detail about it i read the ads in the "Real Detroit" "detroiter" "metro times" and if your from around here you know what i mean. Do they work? like $99 guaranteed?
