Any blades here like freerunning?

  1. It could be a couple of different things.
    When jumping from high places you always need to remember to completely stretch out your body right before hitting the ground, and then contract your body all the way down to your hands on impact that way your entire body is taking pressure rather than just your lower body. Also if what your jumping off is too high a good pk roll is a must!
    But if the pain your getting is happening somewhere in your jump rather than your landing than you definitely need to stretch more.
