i use it a couple times in veg and about 1time a week during flower...alone during final flush..you dont want to overdo it as it will make soil sticky...attract things you you dont want and smell like a wet beer fart...like most things in growing...go easy until you see how your plant responds..hope this helpspeace...deacon
