ANTIFA et al

  1. Be careful, the glaring example of fascism that we are all aware of was lead by the National Socialist Party

  3. I think “Antifa” is mostly a tool of the growing faciast. When faciast are in control, they do not deal well with peaceful demonstrations and cutting humor. However, once people (antifa) become violent, they know exactly exactly how to deal with them. Faciasm is a slippery slope, ( America First! ) that many Americans feel they can relate to and have no idea they are becoming Faciast. Nazis held rallys in NY Madison square garden in 1933 that attracted more than 20,000 people. And that was before they learned to manipulate people with social media. It’s getting scary out there!

  4. Can you repeat that, veeeeery slowly, explaining each word so that I know what it means?

I have no idea what that meant.

  6. I think antifa is a necessary evil, but I think we could also do better at resisting fascism by kicking out all the marxists. Marxists don't really belong in a anti-fascist movement. They'll make red-brown alliances all the time, while spiting in the face of anarchists. There's not much difference between fascists and marxists, they're both authoritarian tyrants that shouldn't be tolerated.

  7. This IS a valid point. And I get what you mean. My question is.. if the regime or consitutions are coppupted ,leaning to fascism , what can we do to about this? Since recently I though cleaning from inside the constitutions was the noble thing to do.. this last year I am changing my mind.

  8. Yes, I'm in your position as well. I'm not sure what to do. I can only see that ANTIFA is certainly not the solution.

  9. I think we need to be calm and collected, try to expose these things for what they are, it is a dangerous cult whose followers will be hard to reach, so the battleground is the minds of those that are not apart of the cult already. Since they dominate education, we have our work cut out for us. Maybe school shootings, shitty education, covid and all of this tension will cause more people to homeschool or set up alternative schools.

Support the people who are speaking and spreading the truth

I like your approach - @blueend - but the fact that you argue that people have to be one or the other is a very toxic approach. People that tell other people that they have to be this, or that, in order to be part of the solution are, in my opinion, a BIG part of the problem. The "you must be anti-fascist in order to not support fascism" is like the whole argument that "you have to be anti-racist in order to combat racism."
You don't have to be any specific (generic) label to make the world a better place. You don't even have to fight the system. I think that is my main problem with anti-fascist and anti-racist people, becuz despite all their ideals and good intentions they seem to be making things worse. More and more, good people, are desperate to not be grouped in with them. And the data proves it! The leftist, more socialist minded people, are doing a horrible job at convincing people of their argument.

Here's a personal example: I, and my family were confronted by protesters when we didn't even know there was a protest happening, our car gets stopped in the middle of the road and all these people shout these slogans while literally pointing at us and getting in my wife's face as if we were part of the problem simply becuz we were driving while a protest was happening - literally getting in our faces and screaming and laughing at us being "inconvenienced" while we sat in the car with our kids after a day at the beach. In those people's view we were part of the problem so they felt entitled to mock and slander us publicly. And the ironic thing is that we support the protests, we just didn't know there was one happening. And those people doing this to some random family that they know nothing about claims to be part of the "solution."

And saying something is not biased becuz it is academic is silly academia is blatantly biased, it's sad actually. I'll still check out the link tho.

  11. Just to be clear, are you saying you supported Antifa until you got caught in the middle of their shit and now your eyes have been opened and you can see them for what they really are?

  12. I'm not sure those protesters were Antifa at all. They were just protesters who felt better than us becuz they were protesting and we weren't. I'm sure Antifa takes it too a whole new level.

My major point is that people expect you too label yourself as something, and if you don't label yourself that then "you're part of the problem."

  14. Could someone please present believable data from a reputable source that describes how many members antifa has?
I'd also appreciate some data on the tooth fairy, easter bunny, and santa claus.
Have those terrorist caravans trump warned us about in 2018 from mexico arrived yet?

Really? I see protests. There is a massive mix of people attending those things. Lumping the entire "left" in the US - which anywhere else in the world would be called the center right - in the same basket is simplistic at best. The left are just asking for things that are very reasonable and common place in civilized societies. Like dismantling the system that is sill lynching black people in 2020. Healthcare for all, decent education for all and maybe some regulation of the bankers that keep trashing your economy in orgies of speculative madness. You people are politically alien to us. The GOP is essentially a tool for stoking fear, and destroying the political landscape so the corporate elites can continue to destroy the planet for short term self-interest. Excellent system there folks. It really worked out well.

Unless your MAGA douches magically come to their senses, you've got a civil war coming.

This is not funny anymore guys. You're destroying America and you're dangerously close to the end.

  18. The rich have been using racism to control the masses since the dawn of government.
Rile people up enough, and they won't realize you are picking their pockets.

    Hitler did it.
    Today's dictators do it.
Trump does it, and has brought republicans along with him.

Racism is built into our genes. That's why it's so powerful.
Fear of things that look different helped humans to survive as a species.
    We still have that.
It takes effort to get rid of it.

  19. Not exactly possible. It would be like trying to count every crime Trump has committed. They are loosely connected groups of citizens that are genuinely concerned for the country (bugger off with your ludicrous George Soros conspiracies) and as with all loosely connected groups there will be weirdos, extremists and complete nutters.

BLM has ignited one thing the left has been missing and that's large scale organization. The Goorge Floyd murder and what you've seen since is just the beginning. What is still going on in Portland (not that you'd see any of it) has been pretty damn successful civil disobedience. They will fight and that gives me some hope that you can rebuild something, anything better than what has become embarrassing stain on the underpants of humanity.

What is with these people? Are they even real?

  20. To be honest,
    I am genuinely curious

"Because I'm deeply certain that Marxist-Leninism is pretty much the opposite of what my moral and strategical values are, I'm pretty much not a fan of leftist unity."

"You're deeply certain that .. its pretty much the opposite". What?

Marxism, Leninism, Stalinism, Maoism were very different things. Have you actually read Marx? From Lenin on were just tragic bastardizations of his ideas. To call the Soviet Union communist is like calling America a democracy. Neither is true.

Lookup one of your only American Marxist economists Richard Wolff. He has been predicting all of this and is offering some genuine solutions but you've all been so brainwashed you just can't listen to it because it just isn;t taught to you. Wolff has every economic qualification imaginable but he learned none of this in the American education system.

It isn't the satanic story you've been led to believe. Whilst a lot of it is focused on the early industrial revolutions as opposed to the technical one we're in now - that has the extra baggage of lending legitimacy to utter stupidity and lies - the core elements are still very relevant today. We are all wage slaves with no ownership over anything we produce and with next to no chance of escaping it.

We are lucky to still have unions with some reasonable power left or we'd be eating out of dumpsters like a shameful amount of the US population is now. My minimum wage is 4 times yours, I get four weeks paid leave a year, sickness benefits, free healthcare and welfare which you can't live on but they've now doubled that because of Covid. We do pay a small amount for medications but we get it at the quarter the price you do from your own companies because we bargain collectively as a nation instead of as a hospital. It's just so broken.

Stop voting for these clowns. Actually just stop voting. Only a revolution is going to fix this dumpster fire.
