  1. Basically, it says i have 1 day of protection left on my antivirus i use. and im broker than a naked black lady so i wont be paying the yearly subscription thing for a while, i need some advice on keeping my computer healthy. do programs like frostwire give you viruses?

  2. just dl some free protection, lots of them give you a free trial. when the trial is up, do a different one. and repeat until you have said money

  3. AVG anti virus is great check it out

  4. yeah frostwire is awful. so is limewire. Look into torrents, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to give you the name of a program so I'll pm you

  5. Your a racist piece of shit...
    Good day.

  6. that would be cool man. i have looked into torrents actually i downloaded a video game lol and i got Poweriso to try and mount the game but it wasnt working

  7. Cant talk about torrents, besides, AVG or Avast is free and just as good as Norton

  8. Avast is amazing! You put your email and pw make an account and its free for a year. then after the year u can do it again.

Its way better then norton or even Kaspersky, i have never had one virus since Avast

  9. Wtf? Why would you add racism into that?

...also this is pretty specific, there's a tech thread on here and doesn't belong in General.

  10. yea i have kaspersky its pretty badass. i got a 6 month free time when i got my laptop.

  11. because he FUCKIN CAN! :hello:

  12. whoa now. chill your chub. i lol'd at that. and im not racist. learn thow to take a joke...

  13. Not here.

  14. May I ask why you assumed my chub wasn't chill? It's unnecessary bigotry that only the ignorant would find funny.

  15. Quit downloading porn.

  16. because you freaked out. its not like he actually meant it, it was a joke. im not getting into an e-argument with you.

  17. ...i feel you. before starting grad school i was broker-than-broke and because i knew that the school would give me a corp version of norton anti-virus for free i didn't want to spend money idly for a six month spell. here is what i learned....your virus protection still works post the 'cut-off' date, it just doesn't download new virus definitions (which is what you are paying for in theory). if you are not the type to bop around alot of new sites then you should be fine for now (and any viruses included in your current virus definition would be caught by your current and outdated virus protection). however, if you are the type to a) check out new sites on a whim b) open attachments/ click in message links or c) have a propensity for triggering a virus ....then you need an interim solution.

  18. Lolz.
